
Introductory Classes
Introductory classes at Tushita Kadampa Buddhist Center provide a basic introduction to Buddhist view, meditation, and practice that is suitable for beginners. These classes are designed to help us solve our daily problems, and find real peace and happiness in our lives. These classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.
The general structure of classes is:
- Simple guided breathing meditation
- Practical teaching on how to solve problems in daily life
- Second guided meditation on the teaching topic
- Brief discussion or Q and A*
*Discussion is only during Monday evening class

The purpose of the Foundation Program is to provide a systematic presentation of particular subjects of Mahayana Buddhism to enable practitioners to deepen their knowledge and experience of Buddhism.
